Studies have found that sound journeys, through the use of sounds with particular frequencies and rhythms, leads to relaxation, emotional well-being, alleviation of tension, reduced stress, and many other benefits depending on the individual's needs.
During a sound journey session, you are invited into a safe place of deep relaxation, meditation or even a restorative sleep. These sessions are highly personalized: I select instruments based on your concerns and various assessment techniques, and create an environment that allows you to relax, clear away blocked energy, feel more coherant within yourself and the world around you, be at peace in your mind and body.
You can book an individual or a group session. Duration - 1 hour.
Group workshops are made to bring people together for a moment of introspection, relaxation, and enjoyment. We play sounds on simple healing instruments like Tibetan bowls, shakers, and drums. Various group games are made to help people reconnect with themselves, their emotions, and the people in the group.
Personalized Soundtrack
After a one-hour Zoom or an in-person conversation, where you’ll identify an intention and any imbalances you’re currently experiencing, I’ll compose a personalized soundtrack for your needs. Choose a 10-minute or 30-minute sound meditation, and you’ll receive an .mp3 and a .wav file. Contact for pricing.
